Form submissions are routed through a Cloudflare Worker (which logs the request to a Cloudflare Workers KV store for spam control and audit purposes) and forwarded to our customer relationship management system. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and access controls at rest. Data is retained for as long as necessary to support the work and any applicable warranty period (12 months from job completion unless otherwise specified per job).

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it (subject to any legal record-keeping obligations).
